How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit a Refund Request through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.

In your request, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 14 days for the refund to be completed.

We reserve the right to deny your refund request depending on the stipulations. However, we want to guarantee your satisfaction and will carefully review your submitted details.

Patch Testing

Because everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
