Shipping Locations
At this time, Livwa Skincare ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we look forward to expanding in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
During product launches, restocks, or sales events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days due to higher order volumes.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed starting the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
We take great care to package your products securely. However:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
